Rental Renovators was born out of a desire to remove the “pain” of the renovation process that many people experience when doing renovations. The pain of either doing the work themselves or trying to co-ordinate the various trades people required to get the job done while juggling everything else in their life.

Mike Vine
Mike has 25 years experience in the trade sector electrical and security. Over the last 15 years he has invested in property in both the buy and hold and the trade markets.

Elise Vine
An active property investor, who walks the talk. Elise has been investing in property since 2002 and has passion for both property and people.
Nicknamed “Bob” the Builder, Elise is never happier than when she has her tool belt on or is working with people to help them realise their potential. Her background is in IT Systems, Project management and doing renovations on her own properties as well as for friends and family.
Elise has been providing property investment consultancy since 2003, prior to starting Rental Renovators with Mike.
