Pre-purchase Inspection Reports
Often when investors are looking at properties they need to know what it will cost for work to be done to the property. Whether they are looking to tidy up property for rental or preparing it for resale in the event they are going to trade.
Rental Renovators do site visits and can provide a report on maintenance and renovation options. The report includes estimates for any maintenance that may need to be done immediately. A service fee applies.
Estimation & Quoting Service
If the needs are not specific Rental Renovators can provide an estimate for work to be performed, based on some options, otherwise Rental Renovators can provide quotes with a clear scope of work.
Rental Renovators work to the investor budget and indicate the best way to invest your funds, where the budget is limited. Depending on the objective Rental Renovators can assist in renovating or maintaining the property to ensure the greatest increase in value of the property, and / or maximise the rental return.
A service fee applies and if the Quote or Estimate is accepted then this fee will be deducted from the final invoice.
Service & Repair Work
Properties all need minor repairs and maintenance over time and if the work is not done when it is a small job this can lead to greater costs over time. A quote will be supplied for all work over $300 and will not incur a service fee for the provision of the quote.
Rental Renovators have a team of qualified professionals to draw on for all types of service repairs and maintenance works.
Renovation Work
Whether it is an interior and or exterior paint, replacing a kitchen, modernising a bathroom, altering the layout, adding on or landscaping Rental Renovators have the team of qualified professionals and the systems and processes to minimise the risk for all types of work, whatever your budget.
Using either the Rental Renovator’s team or mixing and matching to use your own professionals Rental Renovators will take away the pain of the renovation process.
All works are completed as per a quote with a clear scope and strict quality assurance.
Project Management Services
If you have your own team of professionals and / or you want someone to manage the process to leverage your time then Rental Renovators have Project Managers available to coordinate the job and ensure that the job comes in on time and meets budget.
Fees are based on the job or an hourly rate.
Purchasing Support
Many people get into property without understanding the risks associated with property and how to maximise their investment. The Rental Renovators purchasing support services are available to assist either investors or home owners with such important matters as:
- Understanding property markets
- How to analyse deals
- Learn and understand the risks associated with each opportunity
- How to minimise the risks
Our services can also be used to develop a property investment strategy to achieve your goals or to assist with setting goals and managing an action plan to achieve your investment goals. The purchasing support services also assist to build a team and to facilitate the various aspects of purchasing property and managing a property portfolio.
